Being Rich

One of the absolute worst things I hate about people thinking that they're rich is that they are better off than everybody else. They think they are the alpha and the omega. They hang out with their own group and try to exclude everyone that is not part of their clique in short they are just blown out of proportions high school bullies set free into the world.

I would have saluted these people if they were genuinely good. But sadly in my experience they are the numero uno plastics. They greet you and ask about your life, your work but in reality its a ploy for them to break the ice and convince themselves that they are friendly and very open. In reality they come as trying to hard, feeling close, and the receiver of the greetings ends up feeling all around left out. They try to hand on to a specific status item. For example newest phone out in the market, whoever has this item holds the key to a good conversation. The people who don't have it don't have the right to join the conversation. This is just one example there are numerous other instances that you could think off. Houses, furniture, designer what nots. Think of all those and be fed up. My advice, try to paste on a pretty looks genuine but in reality plastic smile, keep to yourself and be silent unless put into spotlight of being directly addressed, don't answer questions in detail always be vague, pretend your having a good time and try not to roll your eyes when people start turning on their plastic modes. In the past I wouldn't have believed that they are such things such as social order within a group, but even in a small island it does happen. I pray someday that i will master these abilities but for now patience is what i have to learn.
